This trip?
10/10. No notes.
But more than that… this was the kind of trip that reminded me what it actually feels like to live.
Jamaica was everything a girls trip should be.
Fun, chaotic in the best way, full of energy… but also soft, slow, and easy.
And honestly? That balance is rare.
Getting There (What to Expect)
Getting to Jamaica felt like part of the experience.
Dubai → London → Montego Bay.
Long, but worth it.
And the moment we landed?
I already knew this trip was going to be a good one.
Where We Stayed (And Why I’d Do It Again)
We stayed in a private villa in Montego Bay and honestly… best decision.
- Private chef
- Driver on standby
- Music always playing
The kind of setup where you don’t have to think.
You wake up slowly, get ready eventually, and just step into the day.
And the villa itself? Stunning.
Pool, space, food, views. Everything you need for a proper girls trip.
If you’re doing Jamaica as a group… skip the hotel. Get the villa.

The Vibe (This Is What Made It)
The days had the best kind of routine.
Wake up slowly.
Music already playing somewhere.
No rush. No pressure.
Then it was either:
- Pool day
- Beach day
Some days we had matching water shoes, other days matching bikinis.
The girls were GIRLING.
Drinks in hand, in and out of the pool, then straight to the beach… and repeat.
And the sunsets?
Every single one hit.
The Energy (You Have to Experience It)
The nights though… this is where it shifted.
We went out, learned choreography, attempted to keep up and just leaned into it.
One thing about Jamaicans…
they can DANCE.
Like properly dance.
The energy is high, the music is loud, and no one is standing on the side.
You either get involved… or you get left behind.
My Favourite Day: Bamboo Rafting + River Moments
Rafting day was honestly one of my favourites.
Floating down the river, drink in hand, music playing, sun out… no stress at all.
We did the clay massage right there on the raft (very on brand for us 😅)
Then of course… we had to get in the water.
Swimming, laughing, just being in the moment.
One of those days where everything felt easy.
The Adventure Side (Because It’s Not Just Chill)
We also had our adventure moments.
Climbing Dunn’s River Falls was no joke.
It looks fun in pictures… but in reality?
Slippery, steep, and a lot of “don’t let go of my hand”
But making it to the top?
Felt like an achievement.
And then the Blue Hole…
Clear blue water, waterfalls, jumping in, swimming.
Probably one of the best places we went.

Places Worth It
Rick’s Café? Everything I imagined and more.
Music playing, people dancing, watching others jump into the sea while the sun sets…
such a good atmosphere.
And Margaritaville?
Pure fun.
Music, water, dancing… slightly chaotic in the best way.

What I’d Do Differently
Very little.
But if I had to say one thing:
- Plan your key activities ahead of time
- Leave space for slow mornings and spontaneous moments
That’s where the magic is.
If You’re Thinking About Jamaica…
Go.
Book the villa.
Get the chef.
Plan a few activities.
And then just… enjoy it.
