At LivingInFotos, each piece is created with intention — whether it’s a digital guide or a physical print. Please read the information below carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All digital products (travel guides) are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
By completing your purchase, you agree to this.
If you experience any issues accessing your file or believe there is an error, please contact us and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Physical Products (Prints & Canvases)
We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery, in line with consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Made-to-Order Items
All prints and canvases are made to order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
